Invitation to Children in Hospital Ireland 2010 Annual Lecture - "Making Europe a Better Place for Our Children"
The event takes place on Thurs, November 18, in the Davenport Hotel, off Merrion Square.
Alf Nicholson, who is Prof of Paediatrics in the College of Surgeons, has a great grasp of the subject matter and is very passionate about making things better for all the children of the nation. Senator David Norris, who will chair the lecture, is also very passionate about how society cares for children and is a great advocate and supporter of the voluntary health sector.
The event, as usual, is free but would be great if you could let us know if you will be attending!
Registration and light refreshments – CHI is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary this year and there may even be birthday cake! – will start at 7 and the lecture at 7.30pm.
