The 2019 IPPOSI Patient Education Programme in Health Innovation kicked off on Monday, January 18th with a day-long event that introduced the 25 students to the programme and marked the beginning of Module One: Understanding Clinical Trials, led by the UCD Clinical Research Centre.

Patient participants will take part in a 10-month-long education programme, consisting of three modules in Health Innovation.  The programme consists of face-to-face workshops as well as an elearning website – http://www.patientsinvolved.ie.
