The next EUPATI Patient Expert Training intake is now open for registration!
This programme covers the entire lifecycle of medicines research and development (R&D) and aims to build the capacity of patients by providing more information about how they can be involved in each stage of the R&D process. The EUPATI Patient Expert Training is a blended programme with six online modules and two face-to-face events (one virtual and one in-person) and it usually takes 12-14 months to complete.
Inspired by the success of previous Irish graduates of the programme, IPPOSI is piloting support measures for the next cohort of Irish residents participating in the 2022-23 EUPATI Patient Expert Training. This support will include networking, peer mentoring, and financial assistance for up to five Irish residents participating in the programme. The financial support will comprise a 50% contribution towards the cost of the online classes (approximately €100) and up to €500 contribution towards the cost of the in-person workshop.
