On Tuesday, September 26, IPPOSI held its 17th Annual General Meeting online. The AGM is an opportunity for members to come together to consider the Annual Report, the rotation of the board of directors, and audited financial statements (see below).

At this year’s AGM, there was also the opportunity to elect the following Directors in place of those retiring. (In accordance with the Articles of Association, one-third of the Directors of IPPOSI shall retire at the company‘s AGM).
