As COVID-19 vaccines were approaching the point of being approved by the EMA, IPPOSI led the development and writing of a joint letter from 15 patient organisations to Urge the Government to Prioritise People with Chronic and Rare Diseases, of All Ages, in the Rollout of COVID-19 Vaccines. When the HSE announced the opening of COVID-19 testing centres, IPPOSI released a statement calling on the HSE and GPs to prioritize COVID-19 testing for patients with underlying conditions and urged the public not to flood new testing centres unnecessarily. Full statement here
