  • HSE official advice and guidance on Cocooning for people over 70 years and those extremely medically vulnerable from COVID-19: This is the official HSE advice on cocooning including a full list of the people who they advise should be cocooning at present.
  • Cocooning Advice from Irish Cancer Society: The Irish Cancer Society have written and very practical and easy to read guide to cocooning which is applicable to all groups currently cocooning, their carers and volunteers who may be visiting people currently cocooning.
  • Bank Helplines and financial advice. ALONE has indicated that  cocooning has resulted in difficulties for some people trying to access money and banking who may not have access to online banking.
